I returned home on April 8, from a Rehab center 6 weeks later…

 What happened (short version, if you want to know a more detailed report, just ask me…)

I was happy with my new tricycle. I still remember that I made a small turn to the left…  I woke up about 25 minutes later in the hospital, nauseous and a bad pain in my right arm. They told me I had my right upper arm near the joint broken. It would take about 6-8 weeks to heal. They didn´t put a cast on, “… As that wasn´t needed…”.  The pain was considerable, they gave me heavy pain-killers. I refused them after one week and used only 8  paracetamol per day.

–       I am grateful to the Lord that He helped me to accept what had happened

–       For giving patience.

–       For more than enough time to pray.

–       The nausiousness left after 3 days, I am so grateful that I didn´t suffer any headaches!

–       I had no depressive moments. That amazed me as well!

The care was excellent, the food outstanding. It was really a blessing to be there.

The physiotherapy was very understanding and helpful.

Naturally there are still questions: what really happened. This is a question I still have. More check-ups that are scheduled, might give a clue. The bike had not fallen and stood right next to me.
