It is soon Christmas again! – News from Téo
Dear friends,
It is soon Christmas again! I will be with Judith in their vacation home in Sweden, returning with them to Holland, where she also owns a home. In this way she can meet her mother as she can’t fly anymore at this time. Wil and I have an excellent relationship. This is more then that I ever could dream of. I am not sure yet what is going to happen with New Year if I will be here or by one of my other daughters.
I want to inform you how I am doing!
The Lord has cared for me, throughout the years and still does. There were times that I wondered…will it really work out again. Yet every time He has. One big thank you to the Lord and to you all who pray for me.
My daily schedule
There is much more regularity in my daily schedule: in the mornings I spend most of the time in caring for my soul (including 3x per week to the Mass) and working in my prayer ministry. So if anyone has any requests to pray for: just send me a brief email.
In the afternoons and evenings, I use for contacts, both email care, and using the internet for personal talks. Twice per week, as a member of a billiard club here in house, we come together. We received a brand-new Billiard table. I had also a spontaneous good spiritual talk with one club member, when we were just two who were present at that time, That was a real answer to prayer, as most people hold distance when you witness.
My medical situation:
I have had quite some trouble with heart rhythm disorder. My cardiologist knew how to fine-tune that. With new medicines, I feel a different person. My heart is very regular now. I stay in a very stable weight of slightly above 70 kg. I don’t have any balance problems anymore, so I go now without a walking cane.
Financial news:
Thanks for praying for my support. As prices really grow rapidly, several others have decided to support me in this season of my life.
Spiritual life:
I am so grateful to the Lord who has provided our family through the years. He has been good to our daughters, my relationship with Wil is as good as one could wish for. I still bask in the memory of two wonderful weddings of my grandson Kristoffer with his bride Åse and Willemijn with her German husband Alex. We enjoyed getting to know the parents of the in-laws.
Overall, I am rather satisfied in the Lord and in this season in my life. Every year I get closer to my final move and change my address to a place in heaven! Because I discovered that I had to do some ‘house cleaning’. I found an older priest who really can help me in this as I continue in my pilgrimage into holiness.
Prayer request
I need more grace from the Lord and what He gives I need to use. Especially in the area of some personal needs, I need understanding and insight. Pray for patience. This is a weakness in me, as I want to move ahead and then I discover in my talks that I go way too fast.

Hello Teo, I ran across your name and searched for you in the internet. I was led to your blog and was so happy to read it. We have thought of you through the years. We met you when you came to Saipan (FEBC) in 1988 (or near that time). We have not forgotten your ministry with us. Thank you for coming those many years ago.
